Buoyancy Control means nothing else but to be able to float under water without exertion. In order to maintain this floating state as stable as possible, your weight must be right according to the Archimedean Principle. You make sure that happens while diving with a buoyancy jacket, lead weights and your lungs, as natural swim bladder.
